Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your mid-century modern furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Contact our design-conscious customer service team within 15 days at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve our collections)
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for damaged/defective items)
- Packaging instructions
For non-defective returns, a $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage your item(s) using the original packaging materials. Affix the provided label and drop off at any DHL/FedEx location.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once the original is received
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured modular sofa systems (due to their personalized nature)
- Items not in original condition (damaged, stained, or with missing parts)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mid-century modern piece arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
Designer Tip: Our loveseats and end tables often ship disassembled. Before initiating a return for “missing parts,” please check all packaging materials thoroughly as some components may be discreetly packaged.
